Irina is focusing on transactional and estate planning where her main goals are to help, build, maintain, and enhance the multi-generational trusts and family offices established by families to manage their wealth, plan for their families’ financial future, engage in investment opportunities and provide services to family members.

She graduated from Tambov State Technical University in Russian Federation, where she received her first Juris Doctor degree, Summa Cum Laude/Red Diploma, in May of 2006. Irina received her second Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in the United States, Cum Laude, in May of 2018. Irina was a member of the Thomas Jefferson Law Review and also on the school’s Honor Roll all semesters.

Irina is a hardworking, independent, and self-motivated individual. Her diverse background helps her to see things from various perspectives. During her time in Russia, Irina had an opportunity to attend court sessions on many occasions and represent various companies. She established and operated a general practice at a law firm, represented clients, oversaw all aspects of civil cases including client interviews, settlements, and trials, negotiated and obtained favorable settlements for 85% of cases. Researched contract-specific legal issues. Develop detailed litigation strategies for each case.

Aside from her activities related to law, she loves to play on the piano. Irina is a devoted mom. Her intelligence, business knowledge, and love for fitness & health inspire her life.
